港铁(00066.HK)大围站商场命名「围方The Wai」
港铁(00066.HK)旗下大围站上盖商场命名为「围方The Wai」,预计於2023年开幕,商场总楼面面积达65万平方尺,设4层商铺楼层,约有150个商户及430个车位。
港铁物业及国际业务总监邓智辉在记者上表示,「围方」目前工程进度理想,料明年可展开内部装修。而港铁旗下另一商场日出康城「The Lohas」现场出租率已达九成,相信随着更多住宅项目入伙,该商场出租率可进一步提高。
