美联工商铺(00459.HK)拟2780万港元收购香港物业
格隆汇5月14日丨美联工商铺(00459.HK)公告,于2021年5月14日,物业买方金帝国际有限公司(公司全资附属公司)、物业卖方丽莱时装有限公司及代理订立物业收购协议,据此,物业买方同意收购该物业,收购代价为港币2780万元,将以现金分期付款。
物业包括香港九龙太子道西157号别树华轩地下3号铺,建筑面积约356平方尺。
收购符合集团的策略,并代表集团现有物业投资业务的扩展。预期物业将予继续出租以赚取租金收入,并将为集团提供额外及稳定的租金收入。收购使集团得以进一步拓阔收入来源以及可享有物业的潜在资本增值。
