嗶哩嗶哩-SW(09626.HK)：一季度營收39億元 同比增長68%
格隆匯5月13日丨嗶哩嗶哩-SW(09626.HK)宣佈2021年第一季度財務業績，2021年第一季度，淨營業額總額達人民幣39.011億元(5.954億美元)，較2020年同期增加68%；月均活躍用户(月活用户)達2.233億，而移動端月活用户達2.085億，較2020年同期分別增加30%及33%；日均活躍用户(日活用户)達6010萬，較2020年同期增加18%；平均每月付費用户(月均付費用户)達2050萬，較2020年同期增加53%。
嗶哩嗶哩董事會主席兼首席執行官陳睿先生表示：“我們以強勁的用户增長及業務擴展拉開了2021年的序幕，並穩步向預期的增長目標邁進。憑藉豐富的內容及活躍的社區體驗，我們第一季度的月活用户達到2.23億，與去年同期高基數相比增長30%。用户保持高活躍度與參與度，本季度用户日均使用時長達82分鐘。2021年3月29日，我們成功完成在香港聯交所的二次上市，迴歸屬於中國的資本市場，也讓我們迎來更為廣泛、優質的投資者。在「視頻化」浪潮下，我們將牢牢抓住泛視頻行業的巨大增長機會，並進一步擴大在「Z+世代」人羣中的品牌影響力，成為其首選的視頻社區。”
嗶哩嗶哩首席財務官樊欣先生表示：“我們的第一季度財務表現亮眼，營收達到破紀錄的人民幣39.01億元，同比增長68%。月均付費用户數增加至2,050萬，推動整體付費率提高至創紀錄的9.2%。我們的毛利率亦從去年同期的23%攀升至24%。隨着香港公開發售完成，經扣除包銷費用及其他發售費用後，我們成功籌得約229億港元，這使我們的財務狀況更加穩健，也為我們的增長戰略奠定了更為堅實的基礎。我們將繼續在內容生態領域進行投入，並致力於將嗶哩嗶哩打造為一個充滿活力的視頻品牌。”
2021年3月29日，嗶哩嗶哩成功將其Z類普通股在香港聯交所主板上市。公司已於全球發售中發行合共28,750,000股Z類普通股，包括於2021年4月21日獲悉數行使的超額配股權3,750,000股Z類普通股。經扣除包銷費用及其他發售開支後，全球發售所得款項淨額(包括超額配股權)為約229億港元。公司現時對2021年第二季度淨營業額進行了展望，預計將達到人民幣42.5億元至人民幣43.5億元。
