CHESHI(01490.HK)擬成立合夥基金 專注投資汽車出行及數字新媒體等產業項目
格隆匯5月12日丨CHESHI(01490.HK)公吿，為響應中國政府對產業互聯網和智能及新能源汽車行業的中長期發展計劃，以及落實公司打造汽車行業"超級連接器"的戰略目標，董事會欣然宣佈，於2021年5月12日，北海傳媒(作為普通合夥人)及樅樹北京(作為有限合夥人)已就建立合夥基金與韜遠投資(作為普通合夥人)訂立合夥協議，該合夥基金擬議投資總額為人民幣10億元，並將作為聯合投資、產業鏈上下游資源整合及多元化併購的資本平台。
合夥基金由新瞳資本與公司發起，專注於投資具有前瞻性的汽車出行、新消費、數字新媒體等產業的項目(具體包括產業互聯網、智能汽車科技、汽車服務、新消費、內容科技等領域)。新瞳資本主要參與互聯網領域內處於成長階段的項目，由劉運利(新浪微博戰略投資部門主管)及其他具備多年私募股權投資經驗的人士領導。
合夥基金的初始註冊資本為人民幣5100萬元。根據合夥協議，韜遠投資、北海傳媒及樅樹北京已同意分別出資人民幣100萬元、人民幣100萬元及人民幣4900萬元，分別約佔合夥基金初始註冊資本的1.96%、1.96%及96.08%。
建立合夥基金將(i)整合及優化本集團的汽車垂直媒體行業優質資源，從而鞏固本公司的行業領先地位；(ii)通過評估可能與本集團業務產生協同效應的高增長初創科技項目及企業，幫助公司實現技術及數字化轉型；及(iii)增強本公司的資本市場認知度，拓寬其長期收入來源，並提升本公司遴選及作出可靠股權投資與收購決策的能力。展望未來，倘日後投資計劃可行且與本公司發展計劃及主要業務一致，本公司或會進一步投資合夥基金。
