福萊特玻璃(06865.HK)公布,本月6日、7日及10日,公司實際控制人阮洪良、姜瑾華及阮澤雲(一致行動人士)合共增持11萬股H股。增持後,一致行動人士共計持有11.19億股,佔公司總股本52.1715%。
阮氏及其一致行動人自本次增持日起12個月內,擇機繼續增持公司H股,累計不超過1,000萬股,佔總股本0.4659%。
