中移动(00941.HK):纽约证交所维持公司美国存托证券下市决定
中国移动(00941.HK)公布,纽约证交所董事会委员会维持了启动公司美国存托股票下市程序的决定。公司预计,纽约证交所将向美国证券交易委员会提交25表格以撤销公司美国存托证券的上市及注册,美国存托股票的下市将於提交25表格後之10日後生效。
公司重申,自1997年上市以来,一直严格遵守上市地的法律法规、市场规则及监管要求,依法合规运营。公司将继续密切关注相关事项的进展和寻求专业意见,以保护公司及股东的合法权益。
