澳門酒店業界:五一假期入住率高見80至90% 節後料保50%
據《澳門日報》報道,澳門酒店旅業商會會長張健中表示,「五一」假期澳門酒店入住率高見八至九成,屬預期之內,基礎旅客數量有所回升,相信行業最壞時間已過,但仍要警惕外圍疫情升溫的風險。
張健中表示,「五一」假期前,酒店預訂率普遍五至七成,當時預計假期表現會更好。近幾日酒店入住率高見八至九成,行業正加速復甦。疫情下,旅客出遊次數減少,留澳門時間反而延長,住客普遍入住兩晚或以上。不過房價距離疫前仍有一段差距,一般傳統酒店房價400至600元左右。假期過後,有信心酒店業可保持五成以上的入住率,並會逐漸回升。(wl/k)
