《即日市评》港股五月首交易日跌 成交不足千亿 复药飙升
受汇控(00005.HK)及友邦(01299.HK)拖累下，港股今日於五月首个交易日向下。市场关注亚太区疫情发展，据印度卫生部数据，印度过去二十四小时新增36.81万宗新冠肺炎确诊病例，连续十二日单日新增逾30万宗确诊；执笔之时美国十年期国债孳息率跌至1.625厘，美汇指数升至91.2水平，美股道指期货最新升172点或0.52%，纳指期货最新升0.25%。日本一连三日假期日股休市至本周三(5日)；而内地「五一」长假，A股亦休市至本周三。
恒指低开64点後跌幅扩大，最多跌468点一度低见28,256点，午市跌幅稍见收窄，最终全日跌367点或1.3%，收28,357点；国指跌112点或1%，收10,713点；恒生科技指数跌85点或1%，收8,227点。大市全日成交总额缩减至958.46亿元，录自2月11日(除夕半日市)逾两个月以来最低水平，沪、深港通南下交易继续因内地「五一」长假暂停。本港收市後公布首季GDP按年实质上升7.8%，大幅高於预期。
【港股续下滑 友邦汇控弱】
金融股造淡，友邦(01299.HK)股价走低2.6%收96.35元，汇控(00005.HK)全日股价下滑3.2%收47.3元。花旗发表报告指，汇控首季盈利强劲，拨备前利润优於预期5%，且预期信贷损失释放。该行大致维持汇控今年至2024年拨备前利润预测不变，估计收入的稍为提升会被经营开支增加所抵销。该行上调汇控伦敦股份目标价，由4.3英镑升至4.55英镑，维持「中性」评级。
中国平安(02318.HK)股价下跌2.5%收82.85元。摩根士丹利发表报告指，考虑平安今次参与方正集团的重组计划、交易的规模和参与程度，认为仍可能让市场感到有些意外；平安授权旗下平安人寿联同代表珠海国资的华发集团，按七三比受让「新方正集团」不低於73%的股权，平安人寿将以370.5亿至507.5亿元人民币对价受让新方正集团51.1%至70%的股权。交易完成後，该公司将成为一个新的子公司，合并到平安集团的财务报表中。
大摩指平安认为这项交易将带来突出的投资回报和长期的协同效应。平安将利用自身经验和技术为方正的金融业务赋能，收购线下医疗资产可以补充平安的线上医疗服务，并提高其服务能力，即使这种重资本的线下扩张似乎改变了平安之前的轻资产策略。
【跌股千一只 国药复药飙】
港股今日主板市宽转弱，主板股票的升跌比率15比28(上日为15比28)，下跌股份1,139只(跌幅2.3%)，恒指成份股今日5只股份上升，下跌股份46只，升跌比率为9比84(上日为9比89)；大市今日录沽空152.71亿元，占可沽空股份成交739.8亿元的20.642%(上日16.927%)。
疫苗股受市场追捧，国药(01099.HK)全日抽上10.8%收26.7元，复星医药(02196.HK)股价飙升近20%收59元。汇丰环球研究发表的报告指，新冠病毒个案继续在多个亚洲经济体出现，特别是印度及多个东盟经济体，变种病毒情况令人忧心，而在印度爆发的疫情涉及「双变种」病毒。由於疫苗有效性并不确定，即使接种率高，关口封闭的情况有机会持续一段时间。另一方面，亚洲各个地区接种率水平存在差异，虽然部分经济体有明显进展，例如澳洲、日本、南韩、新西兰及泰国，过去一周接种率亦显着上升，但按现时进程，估计到年底，甚至明年底仍不足达「群体免疫」。
