格隆匯 5 月 3日丨IBI GROUP HLDGS(01547.HK)公佈,集團預期於截至2021年3月31日止年度錄得公司擁有人應占純利約5190萬港元至5620萬港元,較截至2020年3月31日止年度的純利約2160萬港元增加約140%至160%。
儘管香港及澳門的承建收益均有所減少(主要由於COVID-19的不利影響),集團仍因按公平值計入損益計量的上市股權投資的已變現及未變現公平值收益大幅增加而得益。
