JS环球生活(01691.HK):附属自愿清盘及解散
JS环球生活(01691.HK)公布,根据开曼群岛公司法(经修订)第156条,GA1及GA2各董事会於昨日(2日)分别批准将GA1及GA2从开曼群岛登记册中注销并解散,而Xiang Hong董事会议决根据2004年英属处女群岛商业公司法(经修订)第XII部启动自愿清盘程序。
同日根据2004年英属处女群岛商业公司法(经修订)第XII部,Xiang Hong股东通过书面决议案以自愿清盘Xiang Hong。
董事会已考虑集团的组织架构,认为自愿清盘Xiang Hong以及注销与解散GA1及GA2符合公司及其股东的最佳利益,以减少行政开支以及精简及简化本集团的股权架构。
