报道指欧盟拟成立区内半导体生产联盟 应对晶片短缺
《路透》引述消息指,欧盟拟成立区内半导体生产联盟,以在环球晶片短缺的情况下减少对外国厂商的依赖。报道指联盟或包括STMicroelectronics(STM.US)、NXP Semiconductor(NXPI.US)、Infineon(IFNNF.US)及ASML(ASML.US),有关公司主要提供半导体早期生产之EUV微影机,现时联盟相关讨论尚在较早阶段,并可能不会成事。
报道并指,欧盟委员周五(30日)将与晶圆代工厂商巨头台积电欧洲区总裁Maria Marced及英特尔(INTC.US)行政总裁Pat Gelsinger举行会议。
