民信国际控股(08456.HK)附属遭裁定须赔偿1,160万人币
民信国际控股(08456.HK)公布,全资附属美丽华接获仲裁裁决,内容有关200名雇员及86名雇员於仲裁法院就工资及福利赔偿向美丽华提起的两项申索,金额合共分别约1,330万元人民币(下同)及590万元。根据仲裁裁决,美丽华须向200名雇员支付790万赔偿,另外须向86名雇员支付370万元赔偿。公司正就有关强制执行仲裁裁决寻求中国法律顾问的法律意见。
