報道指渣打(02888.HK)擬大幅減少新加坡辦公室空間
《彭博》引述知情人士指,渣打集團(02888.HK)正考慮縮小新加坡辦公室空間,或成銀行業近年來於新加坡規模最大的辦公空間縮減。報道指渣打正權衡各種選項,或放棄於新加坡商業區濱海灣金融中心1座租用的21層樓中的部分樓層,其一選項為至少退租四層樓,相當於大約80,000平方呎,現時計劃仍未有定案。
報道指,渣打或更加大刀闊斧地縮減辦公空間,因其僅需租用四層樓即可將其徽標保留在建築物的外牆上,或考慮將辦公空間減半。渣打同時正尋求更好地利用其在樟宜商業園的大規模設施,報道指該址翻新後將成開放式工作場所,有更多協作空間,甚至可供公眾使用。報道並引述知情人士指,渣打現時約有80%新加坡員工採用靈活工作安排。
