中广核电力(01816.HK)获控股股东增持1,000万股H股 拟未来一年续增持
中广核电力(01816.HK)公布,昨日(26日),公司控股股东中国广核集团以自有资金总额约1,833.64万元,通过深交所深港通系统增持了公司H股股份共计1,000万股,占公司已发行股份总数的约0.02%。增持後,中广核及其全资子公司中广核投资香港合计持有公司293.8亿股股份,约占公司总股本58.18%。
公司指,中广核集团计划自是次增持起12个月内,继续增持公司H股股份,累计增持比例不超过公司已发行H股股份总数的5%。
