格隆汇4月23日丨港股物管股全线拉升,宝龙商业涨超7%再度刷新历史新高价,市值超200亿港元;建业新生活、永升生活服务、银城生活服务均涨超2%。大摩发表研究报告,指物管行业中期展望变得更为正面,因具政策支持,加上城市服务以及新的收购机会,预期2020至23年盈利可达到年均复合增长率45%。该行首选碧桂园服务、融创服务、绿城服务;中信证券认为当前物业管理行业的成长,关键是拼规模,拼效率,拼品牌,拼满意度,底层是科技和管理,看好物管龙头。另外,恒生指数公司日前推出恒生物业服务及管理指数,佳兆业美好、正荣服务等多股入选。
