萬達酒店發展(00169.HK)委任寧奇峯為主席
格隆匯 4 月 21日丨萬達酒店發展(00169.HK)宣佈,自2021年4月22日起,董事會主席及公司非執行董事丁本錫因希望投入更多時間至其個人事務而退任主席及公司提名委員會主席之職務,惟丁本錫將留任公司非執行董事。
隨後,公司執行董事寧奇峯已獲委任為主席及公司提名委員會主席,以取代丁本錫的職務。
