港股異動 | 餐飲股普跌 呷哺呷哺(0520.HK)跌逾5%
格隆匯4月21日丨餐飲股普跌,呷哺呷哺(0520.HK)跌逾5%,頤海國際、太興集團跌逾2%,海底撈、九毛九跌逾1%。美銀證券最新發研報指,呷哺呷哺確認旗下湊湊CEO張振緯離任的消息,張氏自品牌創立後,一直出任CEO職位。湊湊在過去數年一直錄穩健增長,分店數目140間,去年收入達17億元人民幣(佔集團整體31%),併成為公司增長主要動力。雖然短期經營穩定,但不排除未來經營存在不確定性。該行將其目標價下調9%至18.8港元,維持“買入”評級。高盛亦指,在去年內地餐飲市場經歷疫情打擊後,更新行業預測,料今年按年錄19%復甦,或較2019年水平高出2%,2019至2026年年均複合增長料8%。高盛將行業首選由百勝中國轉至九毛九,另予呷哺呷哺“買入”評級,海底撈“中性”評級。
