格隆汇 4 月 20日丨中国银行(03988.HK)发布公告,近日,该行收到《中国银保监会关于中国银行参与投资设立国家绿色发展基金股份有限公司的批复》(银保监复[2021]278号),中国银保监会已批准该行参与投资设立国家绿色发展基金股份有限公司,该行将出资80亿元人民币,自绿色基金注册成立之日起分五年到位。绿色基金旨在落实国家关于加强生态文明建设总体要求,加快产业结构绿色转型升级,实现经济绿色可持续高质量发展,建设美丽中国。
