广州农商银行(01551.HK)拟增发不超13.4亿股内资股及不超3.05亿H股
格隆汇4月16日丨广州农商银行(01551.HK)公告,为有效补充本行核心一级资本、持续满足监管要求,切实增强抵御风险能力、提振市场信心、优化股权结构,于2021年4月16日,董事会通过议案建议发行不超过13.40亿股内资股及不超过3.05亿H股予合资格认购方。本次发行所得募集资金在扣除相关发行费用后的净额将全部用于补充本行核心一级资本。
本次H股发行的股份数量不超过3.05亿股,约占本次H股发行前本行已发行H股股数的16.77%。本次内资股发行的股份数量不超过13.40亿股,约占本次发行内资股完成前本行已发行内资股股数的16.77%。
