《大行报告》摩通:华融事件溢出风险 或令中国信达(01359.HK)融资成本上升
摩根大通发表报告表示,华融集团(中国财政部拥有57%的股权)财务报表的延迟以及潜在的重组和资本重组引起了市场对国企债务的担忧。以去年尚未偿还的债券来计,国企贷款约占银行贷款的34%,国企债约占企业贷款的90%。
报告又指,如华融等大型国企金融机构的债务违约可能导致国企借款人的融资成本上升,从而令该等公司更难偿还和分期偿还现有债务,最终或会导致系统性风险,因此估计必要时最终中央会出手。
该行认为,因华融事件,预期中国信达(01359.HK)融资成本可能会上升,而目前贷方和债券投资者正在等待华融的进一步情况。
