业绩变动原因说明:㈠报告期内公司经营性亏损与上年同期相比略有减少;㈡报告期内公司不存在对净利润产生影响的非经营性损益项目;㈢公司2020年末净资产为负值,因报告期内亏损,期末净资产仍为负值。
