美加投资机构据报考虑加入竞购东芝
《彭博通讯社》引述消息报道,美国私募基金KKR(KKR.US)及加拿大投资巨擘Brookfield资产管理正研究出价竞购东芝。消息刺激东芝股在东京早市升6.6%,报4,900日圆。CVC早前提出以209亿美元把东芝私有化,但有维权投资者致函东芝董事局,指CVC的每股作价5,000日圆属过低。报道指,KKR考虑以更高出价提出收购东芝,Brookfield亦初步考虑是否提出收购,包括如何进行收购。
另据《日本经济新闻》报道,东芝社长车谷畅昭面临投资者及员工内部压力下,面临下台命运,并将由主席钢川智取代。东芝确诊董事会将会讨论高层人事任命,并将在有结果後按规定作出披露。
