IPO週報 | 攜程招股火熱進行中，兆科眼科即將在港招股，安居客遞表
| 新股表現
本週清明節後復市，僅有一隻新股上市。聯易融科技首日高開漲10%，尾盤急拉後漲幅收窄。截至4月9日港股收盤，聯易融科技上市首日較發行價17.58港元漲9.90%，報19.32港元，不計打新成本等，打新者一手賬面賺870港元。

目前正在招股的是攜程集團，於2020年4月8日-13日招股，全球發售31,635,600股，在港發售2,214,500股，國際發售29,421,100股，發售價上限爲333港元/股。預期股份將於2021年4月19日（星期一）於聯交所開始買賣。
據外媒報道，攜程國際配售部分已獲得超額認購。截至4月9日16:30，公開發售部分獲券商累計借出約35.48億元孖展額，相當於超購逾3.81倍。

兆科眼科通過港交所聆訊，預計下週招股
兆科眼科是李氏大藥廠旗下一家致力於療法的發現、開發及商業化的眼科製藥公司，兆科眼科擁有中國最全面的眼科藥物管線之一。高盛、富瑞金融爲此次IPO的聯席保薦人。

安居客：領先的房產信息及交易服務開放平臺
安居客是國內領先的房產信息及交易服務開放平臺，通過安居客及58房產提供新房及二手房在線營銷服務。截至2020年12月31日，安居客是中國最大的在線房產平臺，也是最大的新房及二手房在線營銷平臺，線上房地產營銷市場份額佔比67%。安居客旗下運營的新房交易服務平臺“愛房”2020年的交易總量達653億元，“巧房”是中國最大的面向經紀品牌的獨立SaaS解決方案提供商。中金公司、瑞信、美林爲此次IPO的聯席保薦人。
裕河新材料：安徽省最大的EPS（俗稱塑料泡沫）製造商
裕河新材料， 主要從事EPS(俗稱塑料泡沫)的生產及銷售。截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司生產約31,448噸EPS ，收入約爲人民幣2.908億 元，分別佔中國市場份額約2.1%及1.8%。根據弗若斯特沙利文報告，就產量及收入而言，公司在2019年爲安徽省最大的EPS製造商。就2019年的EPS產量及收益而言， 公司在中國聚苯乙烯製造業的所有EPS製造商中排名第十五 。信達國際是此次IPO的獨家保薦人。

黎瑞剛旗下[華人文化集團]，計劃未來兩年在香港上市
據香港媒體報道，華人文化集團（CMC）公司董事長啊兼行政總裁黎瑞剛表示，公司正考慮蔚來兩年將其核心業務上市。華人文化集團成立於2015年，爲綜合性的傳媒娛樂集團，業務涵蓋電視劇、電影、遊戲、綜藝、音樂、體育等領域。華人文化集團的投資者包括騰訊、阿里巴巴 、萬科、元禾控股等。
傳每日優鮮年內赴美上市，集資逾5億美元
據《彭博》引述消息人士指，騰訊投資的內地電商平臺每日優鮮，計劃最快今年內到美國上市，目標集資至少5億美元，集資額最高可達10億美元。報道指，每日優鮮正與顧問機構着手準備工作，相關計劃尚在初步階段，細節仍未落實。此前有傳聞該公司已啓動上市計劃，正準備進行上市前融資，並已委託高盛爲上市主導投行。
