摩通指，内地物管服务板块年内至今累升49%，同期国指仅升3%，考虑次季没重大催化剂，料行业短期走弱，对板块持审慎看法，故该行降多家内地物管股评级及目标价。
内地物管股今天普遍捱沽，尤其是遭摩通降级至「减持」看10.5元的绿城服务(02869.HK)由纪录高位连吐第二天，最低见11.6元，现造11.74元，续吐8.1%。遭摩通削价近31%至36元兼将评级降至「中性」的雅生活服务(03319.HK)反弹受制牛熊线(37.36元)，股价连吐第二天兼失守10天线(34.25元)，最低见33.45元，现造33.5元，续跌5.4%。
遭摩通削价8.6%至85元的金科服务(09666.HK)一举失守20天及10天(68.2元及68.6元)，最低见64.85元，现造64.95，续吐5.9%。遭摩通削价5.7%至25元的融创服务(01516.HK)失守10天线(24.3元)，最低见23.5元，现造23.65元，回吐5.4%。
获摩通给予「增持」看21.5元的世茂服务(00873.HK)早段反覆升至19.1元纪录高终遇阻，掉头低见17.82元，现造17.84元，回吐6.1%，结束三连涨。同获摩通给予「增持」看22.5元的永升生活服务(01995.HK)连吐第三天，今天一举跌破20天及10天线(18.9元及19.2元)，最低见18.5元，现造18.58元，续跌4.7%。
获摩通给予「增持」及升价6.7%至32元的新城悦服务(01755.HK)今早高开报27.8元，略升破去年8月所创上市高位27.75元无以为继，掉头低见25.6元，现造25.7元，倒跌6.2%。获摩通给予「中性」评级看55.5元的保利物业(06049.HK)扭两连升，股价失守50天线(56.4元)，最低见52.8元，现造52.85元，跌4.1%。?
遭摩通降级至「减持」看6.3元的中海物业(02669.HK)扭三连升，股价低见7.04元，现造7.11元，回吐5.5%。遭摩通削价8.3%至10元的合景悠活(03913.HK)高开见8.25元遇阻，掉头失守20天及10天线(7.95元及8.03元)，最低见7.82元，现造7.83元，倒跌4%。遭摩通降级至「中性」及削价26%至8元的建业新生活(09983.HK)低见7.02元，现造7.04元，跌4.7%。
碧桂园服务(06098.HK)今早高开报80元欠承接，掉头失守10天线(77元)，最低见72.65元，现造72.8元，续吐8%。华润万象(01209.HK)一举跌破20天、50天及10天线(44.8-46.1元)，最低见44元，现造44.35元，续跌4.6%；正荣服务(06958.HK)高开报5.29元欠承接，掉头倒跌3.4%，报5.08元，股价失守10天线(5.1元)。
