摩通指，內地物管服務板塊年內至今累升49%，同期國指僅升3%，考慮次季沒重大催化劑，料行業短期走弱，對板塊持審慎看法，故該行降多家內地物管股評級及目標價。
內地物管股今天普遍捱沽，尤其是遭摩通降級至「減持」看10.5元的綠城服務(02869.HK)由紀錄高位連吐第二天，最低見11.6元，現造11.74元，續吐8.1%。遭摩通削價近31%至36元兼將評級降至「中性」的雅生活服務(03319.HK)反彈受制牛熊線(37.36元)，股價連吐第二天兼失守10天線(34.25元)，最低見33.45元，現造33.5元，續跌5.4%。
遭摩通削價8.6%至85元的金科服務(09666.HK)一舉失守20天及10天(68.2元及68.6元)，最低見64.85元，現造64.95，續吐5.9%。遭摩通削價5.7%至25元的融創服務(01516.HK)失守10天線(24.3元)，最低見23.5元，現造23.65元，回吐5.4%。
獲摩通給予「增持」看21.5元的世茂服務(00873.HK)早段反覆升至19.1元紀錄高終遇阻，掉頭低見17.82元，現造17.84元，回吐6.1%，結束三連漲。同獲摩通給予「增持」看22.5元的永升生活服務(01995.HK)連吐第三天，今天一舉跌破20天及10天線(18.9元及19.2元)，最低見18.5元，現造18.58元，續跌4.7%。
獲摩通給予「增持」及升價6.7%至32元的新城悅服務(01755.HK)今早高開報27.8元，略升破去年8月所創上市高位27.75元無以為繼，掉頭低見25.6元，現造25.7元，倒跌6.2%。獲摩通給予「中性」評級看55.5元的保利物業(06049.HK)扭兩連升，股價失守50天線(56.4元)，最低見52.8元，現造52.85元，跌4.1%。｜

碧桂園服務(06098.HK)今早高開報80元欠承接，掉頭失守10天線(77元)，最低見72.65元，現造72.8元，續吐8%。華潤萬象(01209.HK)一舉跌破20天、50天及10天線(44.8-46.1元)，最低見44元，現造44.35元，續跌4.6%；正榮服務(06958.HK)高開報5.29元欠承接，掉頭倒跌3.4%，報5.08元，股價失守10天線(5.1元)。
