新股配售 | 聯易融一手中籤率20%，公開認購98.46倍，國配14.83倍，有綠鞋，穩價人系高盛
uSMART盈立智投4月8日消息，聯易融科技-W公佈中籤結果，並將於今日16:15-18:30進行暗盤交易。
【配售小結】
①新股市場仍處觀望狀態：即便有富達、貝萊德等明星機構作爲基石投資者，聯易融科技-W的申購人數約28萬，公開認購98.46倍，距離新股火熱時期，回落不少。
②國配14.83倍，貨源集中：前25名承配人合共鎖定67.45%的股份(假設超額配股權未獲行使)，貨源集中。
③有15%的綠鞋：國際發售超額分配67,931,500股發售股份，有綠鞋，穩價人系高盛。回撥後，聯易融公開佔比爲28%（百融雲的公開佔比是50%，15%的綠鞋難兜)，散戶佔比較少，且國配貨源集中，若國配大戶不帶頭拋，散戶的拋壓較小。

1、發售價：17.58港元，爲招股價區間(16.28-18.28港元)的中間偏上
2、一手市值：8790港元，每手500股
3、有效申購人數：279,784名(甲組：273,172名，乙組：6,612名）
4、中籤情況：一手中籤率20%，申購20手穩中1手，甲尾中6手，乙頭中15手，頂頭槌中474手
5、公開認購倍數：98.46倍(甲組：59.16倍，乙組:137.77倍）
6、國際發售：認購倍數約14.83倍，共有294名承配人，前25名承配人合共鎖定67.45%的股份，貨源集中
7、超額配股權：國際發售超額分配67,931,500股發售股份(合共佔全球發售初步可供認購發售股份的約15%)，有綠鞋
8、穩定價格操作人：高盛
9、基石投資者(6名)：BlackRock基金、富達國際、Janus Henderson基金、安大略省教師、Sequoia基金、EDB Investments合共鎖定35.6%的發行股份，禁售期6個月
10、回撥情況：最大比例回撥，公開佔比28%，國配佔比72%
