建溢集团(00638.HK)预计年度纯利减少约36%
格隆汇4月8日丨建溢集团(00638.HK)公布,公司预计截至2021年3月31日止年度将录得全年溢利约1.06亿港元,较上年度的纯利约1.65亿港元按年减少约36%。
纯利减少主要是由于以下因素的综合影响所致:(1)再无于2020财年所录得出售集团香港物业的一次性收益合共约4,800万港元;(2)人民币兑港元于2021财年下半年显著升值,以及电器及电子产品分类的主要客户于2021财年的采购订单减少,导致制造业务分类的经营溢利减少,其足以抵消其他收入的增长;及(3)公司于中国贵州省独山县首个房地产发展项目(剑桥皇家)于2021财年录得公平值变动产生的减值亏损约2,100万港元,而上述项目于2020财年录得的减值亏损约为23万港元。
