迅銷(06288.HK)中期純利1058億日元 同比增長5.4% 明日復牌
格隆匯4月8日丨迅銷(06288.HK)宣佈,截至2021年2月28日止6個月,公司綜合收益總額為12,028億日圓,較上年度同期下降0.5%;綜合經營溢利總額為1,679億日圓,同比增長22.9%;總計上半年度所得税前溢利為1,714億日圓,同比增長13.7%;母公司擁有人應占季度溢利為1,058億日圓,同比增長5.4%。
錄得收益下降而溢利大幅增長。這主要是由於日本及大中華地區的UNIQLO(優衣庫)錄得溢利大幅增長所致。受COVID-19(2019冠狀病毒病)疫情影響較嚴重的東南亞、南亞及大洋洲地區(包括東南亞地區、印度及澳洲各市場),以及北美、歐洲地區的UNIQLO業務及全球品牌事業分部,則錄得收益及溢利大幅下降。集團綜合毛利率同比改善2.2個百分點,而銷售、一般及行政開支對收益總額比率亦改善1.3個百分點。其他收益及開支項下計入以海外UNIQLO(優衣庫)減值虧損為主等共計損失117億日圓。此外,由於以外幣持有的資產等賬面值在換算為日圓後帶來47億日圓的外匯收益,致使融資收益及開支淨額增加34億日圓。
在日本UNIQLO(優衣庫)事業分部方面,上半年度收益為4,925億日圓(同比增長6.2%),經營溢利為978億日圓(同比增長36.6%),錄得收益增長及溢利大幅增長。休閒服、HEATTECH毛毯等滿足居家需要的商品,秋冬主力商品、超彈性Active束腳褲等SportUtilityWear(SUW)運動功能服裝系列產品的銷情強勁,帶動同店銷售淨額(包括網絡商店)同比增長5.6%。此外,網路商店銷售額為738億日圓(同比增長40.5%),收益錄得大幅增長。毛利率因銷售表現強勁,加上控制折扣促銷使折扣率有所改善,以及生產效率提升帶來的成本率下降,錄得50.7%,同比改善2.9個百分點。
在海外UNIQLO(優衣庫)事業分部方面,上半年度收益為5,218億日圓(同比減少3.6%),經營溢利為670億日圓(同比增長25.9%),錄得收益下降而溢利大幅增長。歐美地區業務雖然受COVID-19疫情嚴重影響而導致銷情不佳,但東亞地區的銷情總體良好。就網路商店的銷情而言,各個市場的收益均有所增長,並保持強勁銷情。此外,公司股票將於2021年4月9日復牌。
