Cenovus Energy总裁料赫斯基能源旗下资产将升值 或不需出售以去杠杆
加拿大媒体报道,年初完成并购长和(00001.HK)旗下赫斯基能源的加拿大油企Cenovus Energy行政总裁兼总裁Alex Pourbaix表示,公司或研究重启资产出售计划。他指公司去年向赫斯基能源管理层要求暂停出售零售燃料业务,基於油价低企及公司正与对方商讨240亿美元合并计划。
Pourbaix指出,赫斯基能源当时正试图於低位出售资产,公司相信赫斯基旗下资产将会升值,包括赫斯基能源的亚洲区资产。他认为公司受惠油价上升,或不用出售资产以达成快速去杠杆,债务目标将可减至80亿加元,少於早前宣布的100亿加元。
