《新股消息》報道指攜程通過上市聆訊 集資最多20億美元
本地傳媒報道,內地線上旅遊平台攜程(TCOM.US)已通過港交所上市聆訊。早前外電報道,攜程擬上市集資10億美元至20億美元,最快復活假期後招股,保薦人為中金、高盛及摩根大通。
報道引述攜程初步招股書,指公司旗下擁有四大在線旅遊平台,分別為攜程、去哪兒、Trip.com及Skyscanner。截至2月底止,百度(09888.HK)持有11.5%股權為公司第一大股東,創辦人梁建章、沈南鵬等多位董事及管理層合共持有約6.7%股權,騰訊(00700.HK)大股東Naspers持股約5.5%。
