宋都服务(09608.HK)公布截至去年底止全年业绩显示,录得盈利按年跌7.07%至3,265.8万元人民币(下同);基本每股盈利1.36分。不派末期息。
期内,收入按年增约15.4%至2.57亿元,其中,物业管理服务收入1.28亿元,按年增34%,占总收入49.9%。毛利7,785.8万元,按年增约20%。2020财年毛利率为30.3%,较2019财年毛利率29.2%上升1.1个百分点。(ta/a) ~
