三生製藥(01530.HK)2020業績：營收55.88億元，業務恢復強勁，34項在研產品
格隆匯3月31日丨三生製藥(01530.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司收入為人民幣55.88億元，同比增長5.07%；毛利為人民幣45.25億元，同比增長3.00%；母公司擁有人應占年內溢利為人民幣8.36億元，母公司擁有人應占正常化純利為11.66億元，母公司擁有人應占正常化純利，經扣除匯兑差額，增加5.3%至人民幣14.16億元。於2020年12月31日，流動資產淨值約人民幣52.29億元
集團的核心產品包括特比澳、益賽普及重組人促紅素("rhEPO")產品益比奧及賽博爾。所有四種產品均為中國內地市場領先的產品。特比澳為當今全球唯一商業化的重組人血小板生成素("rhTPO")產品。根據IQVIA，於2020年，按銷售額計，特比澳在中國內地血小板減少症治療市場的份額為72.7%。益賽普為腫瘤壞死因子("TNF")α抑制劑產品，於2020年繼續佔據中國內地TNFα市場主導地位，市場份額為45.5%。憑藉兩種rhEPO產品，近二十年來，集團一直為中國內地rhEPO市場龍頭，於2020年共佔份額41.1%。集團亦通過內部研究及開發及多項外部戰略合作增加產品而擴大治療領域。
集團的綜合研發平台囊括髮現及開發各類創新生物製藥及小分子產品的廣泛專業技術領域，包括抗體發現、分子克隆、抗體╱蛋白質工程、基因表達、細胞株構建、生產工藝開發、中試及大規模生產、質量控制及保證、臨牀前與臨牀試驗的設計及管理以及監管備案和註冊。集團在研發哺乳動物細胞表達、細菌表達及化學合成等各種製藥產品方面經驗豐富。
於2020年12月31日，集團積極研發的34項在研產品中，24項作為中國內地國家新藥開發。34項在研產品中，19項為單抗或雙特異性抗體，六項為其他生物製品及9項為小分子藥物。集團擁有12項腫瘤科在研產品；14項在研產品目標為自身免疫疾病(包括RA)，及其他疾病，包括頑固性痛風及眼科疾病(如AMD)；六項腎科在研產品；及兩項皮膚科在研產品。
合作方面，於2020年12月12日，三生國健與Verseau宣佈，根據雙方在腫瘤免疫領域開發和商業化治療多種癌症的新型單抗的合作協議，已選取VSIG-4靶點的單抗作為授權產品。該產品為根據2019年雙方簽署的合作協議選取的第二個授權產品。第一個授權產品為Verseau於2019年11月18日向三生國健授權的免疫治療新型靶向PSGL-1單抗藥物VTX-0811。
此外，於2020年11月31日，集團在中國內地擁有由約3,263名銷售及營銷人員、797名分銷商及2,263名第三方推廣商組成的龐大銷售及分銷網絡。於2020年12月31日，集團的銷售團隊覆蓋逾2,500家三級醫院及逾14,000家二級醫院或較低層級醫院及醫療機構，範圍覆蓋中國內地所有省、自治區及直轄市。此外，特比澳、益賽普、益比奧、賽博爾及集團若干其他產品透過國際推廣商出口至若干國家。
