《大行報告》花旗上調新城發展(01030.HK)目標價至11.5元 評級「買入」
花旗發表研究報告,指新城發展(01030.HK)在2021至2023年期間盈利年複合增長率為12%,受惠土地儲備增加、新增商場帶動租金增長、利潤有望於去年見底、強勁的資產負債表、財務成本有下降空間、有4,300萬平方米建築面積落成,按年增40%,以及3,780億元人民幣未入賬款項。
該行預期,公司今年合約銷售可超越公司設定的目標2,600億元人民幣,以及利潤穩定,重申「買入」評級,目標價升24%至11.5元。
