美国法院驳回有关诺基亚作出虚假陈述的集体诉讼
美国法官驳回一宗针对诺基亚作出虚假或误导性陈述的集体诉讼,原诉人控告诺基亚欺骗股东导致股价大跌。
案件源於诺基亚於2016年以156亿欧元收购电讯公司Alcatel-Lucent,诺基亚於2019年3月通知监管机构Alcatel-Lucent出现合规问题,同年10月更调低盈利预测润并暂停派息,令诺基亚的美国存托凭证价格在10月份的相关披露後下跌近24%。
法官表示,考虑到诺基亚在有关Alcatel-Lucent的事件上不断作出大量披露,认为诺基亚误导投资者的指控并不成立。
