国家能源局:正研究允许企业通过交易绿证减轻利息压力
国家能源局新能源和可再生能源司司长李创军表示,内地过去在可再生能源发展取得显着成就,但在发展过程中确实也存补贴资金不足、可再生能源补贴拖欠等问题。因此,国家能源局和相关部门正在研究以企业备案的贷款合同等材料为依据,向企业核发绿证,允许企业通过交易绿证来减轻利息分担压力。
同时,鼓励金融机构按照商业化原则与可再生能源企业协商展期或续贷。该局要求金融机构在银企双方自主协商的基础上,根据项目实际和现金流给予贷款的展期、续贷或者调整还款进度和还款期限,来保证企业现金流不断。(ta/a) ~
