渤海銀行(09668.HK)2020年營收升14.50%至324.92億元 零售業務成新“增長極”
格隆匯3月30日丨渤海銀行(09668.HK)公佈2020年度業績，期內該行實現税前利潤100.85億元人民幣(單位下同)，同比增長1.85%；歸屬於該行股東的淨利潤84.45億元，同比增長3.07%；基本每股收益0.47元。
報吿期內，該行實現營業收入324.92億元，同比上升14.50%。其中，利息淨收入為284.77億元，同比上升23.70%。該行淨利差2.18%，比上年上升0.14個百分點，淨利息收益率2.35%，比上年上升0.13個百分點；非利息淨收入為40.15億元。
資產規模快速增長，存款規模同步提升：截至報吿期末，該行資產總額1.39萬億元，比上年末增長24.76%。順應監管迴歸本源導向，表內貸款業務增長迅速，報吿期末發放貸款和墊款淨額8671.20億元，比上年末增長26.17%。負債總額1.29萬億元，比上年末增長24.75%，其中吸收存款7582.36億元，比上年末增長17.05%，存貸款規模均實現快速增長。
零售業務快速發展，零售轉型戰略初見成效：報吿期內，該行零售業務不斷創新轉型，圍繞金融科技和生態場景建設為主要抓手，業務取得快速發展。截至報吿期末，該行零售貸款年末總額3103.72億元，增速達到32.97%，高於全部貸款增速近8個百分點，餘額佔比提升到34.97%；零售存款年末餘額1019.42億元，成功突破千億大關，年內實現增長額497.96億元，增速達95.49%。
資產質量指標保持穩定：截至報吿期末，該行不良貸款157.14億元；不良貸款率1.77%，比上年末下降0.01個百分點。貸款損失準備計提充足，該行貸款減值準備249.53億元，比上年末增加13.15億元，非債券投資減值準備97.34億元。貸款撥備率2.81%，撥備覆蓋率158.80%，資本充足率12.08%，均符合監管要求。
