海普瑞(09989.HK)公布,为满足公司及子/孙公司经营及业务发展需求,公司及全资子公司美国海普瑞、香港海普瑞、全资孙公司天道医药、 天道香港、SPL於2021年度计划向各家银行申请综合授信额度(含到期授信续期),涉资共33.09亿元人民币(下同),额度占上市公司最近一期资产比例为28.61%。 此外,公司和子/孙公司拟就该部份授信额度向银行提供担保。
截至2020年末,公司及子/孙公司合计获得银行授信约98.61亿元,实际使用额度约37.42亿元。(ta/a) ~
