天工国际(00826.HK)2020年纯利5.37亿元 同比增加35.9%
格隆汇 3 月 29日丨天工国际(00826.HK)公告，截至2020年12月31日止年度业绩，公司营业额为52.2亿元(人民币，下同)；毛利12.14亿元，同比增加19.1%；整体毛利率为23.3%(2019年：19.0%)；公司股权持有人应占纯利5.37亿元，同比增加35.9%；每股基本盈利0.209元；拟派股息每股普通股人民币0.0732元(2019年：每股普通股人民币0.0545元)。
公司股权持有人应占纯利增加，主要由于(i)年内进口模具钢的国内需求被地产品所替代：集团作为国内最大模具钢生产商之一，受惠于有关替代情况及国内销量大幅增长；及(ii)自2019年秋季以来成功接收切削工具分部其中一名主要竞争对手的部分OEM订单。切削工具分部的市场份额上升带动年内销量显著增长。
年内，集团于资本市场的地位进一步巩固。集团于2020年12月28日公布引入战略投资者，具备国资和地方政府背景的13名投资者合计出资人民币14.15亿元认购公司全资(认购前)附属天工工具16.65%股权，公司员工持股平台丹阳天一企业管理合伙企业(有限合伙)将以人民币8500万元代价认购天工工具1%股权。
13名战略投资者包括中金资本运营有限公司主导的数家中金基金、国家制造业转型升级基金股份有限公司主导的金石制造业转型升级新材料基金(有限合伙)等国资产业资本以及镇江、青岛等多个地方国资委相关资本，充分显示对天工工具行业地位的认可和对其发展的信心。
此外，引入战略投资者协议中亦同意，假如天工工具未能在2023年12月31日前实现合格上市，公司附属公司天工香港将以4%年利率回购战略投资者持有的股权，集团将积极争取核心业务载体天工工具登上资本市场舞台，以进一步提高集团的估值。
同时，集团作为国家重点高新技术企业、国际特钢产量及技术领先的龙头企业，自2007年于香港联交所上市后，正式于2020年3月9日纳入恒生港股通成分股，实现集团于资本市场的另一重要里程碑。另外，集团于业务突破方面同样取得丰硕成果。
年内，集团成功攻克粉末冶金技术难题，打破粉末冶金"卡脖子"关键技术国际垄断，填补国内空白，成为国内唯一掌握工模具钢粉末冶金规模化生产技术的企业，为进军粉末冶金领域迈进一大步。集团于2020年亦获得多项行业和品牌殊荣。
集团旗下天工工具获授"2020年江苏省省长质量奖"，成为江苏省高质量发展的标杆企业，反映国内市场对集团精于产品、品牌及行业地位的充分认可。另外，集团荣登"2020年度中国钢铁品牌榜"，获得"2020年中国优特钢市场优秀品牌"，彰显品牌影响力。
