《新股表现》哔哩哔哩(09626.HK)收800元仅低上市价1% 每手账面蚀160元
哔哩哔哩(09626.HK)首日挂牌，股价低开2.2%报790元，全日持续「潜水」，最低见753元，全日高收800元，较上市价808元，低8元或1%，但仍较哔哩哔哩美股上周五(26日)收市价97.08美元(折约754.49港元)，高6%；成交329万股，涉资25.76亿元。不计手续费，每手20股，账面蚀160元。
中概股哔哩哔哩(BILI.US)(又名B站)，是内地年轻一代的标志性品牌及领先视频社区。根据艾瑞谘询报告，去年35岁及以下用户占哔哩哔哩月活用户比例逾86%(超过其他内地主要视频平台)。公司是次以同股不同权架构来港作第二上市，合共发售2,500万股Z类份，其中3%(即约75万股)公开发售获173倍超购，已启动回拨机制占比增至12%，认购一手中签率10%，最终发售价定於808元(较本港最高发售价988元折让18.2%)，料集资净额198.74亿元，主要用作集团之内容以支持健康和高质量的用户增长、用作改善用户体验和加强以用户为中心商业化能力、以及用於销售与营销以促进用户增长和提升品牌知名度等。上市联席保荐人分别为大摩、高盛、摩通及瑞银。
哔哩哔哩每股美国存托股等同1股Z类普通股；每股Y类普通股可行使10票投票权，每股Z类普通股则代表1票投票权。截至今年1月底，腾讯(00700.HK)实体持股约12.4%，占总投票权4%，阿里(09988.HK)则透过淘宝中国持股6.7%，拥有2.1%投票权。
集团主席兼首席执行官陈睿於网上出席记者会时被问及，哔哩哔哩首日挂牌跌破上市价，是否定价过分进取时表示，该股於定价後，随即遇到上周於美国上市中概股经历五年来最大跌幅，形容是「黑天鹅」事件。不过，他认为集团於大形势较差情况下，能够顺利上市已算成功，对公司发展充满信心，相信长期股价会证明一切。
