IDG能源投資(00650.HK)附屬斥1.05億美元注資基金
IDG能源投資(00650.HK)公布,全資附屬Giant Charm與Fortuna I SP、Selead Investment及初始有限合夥人,就將Giant Charm及Fortuna I SP納入基金Soview International Fund LP而訂立經修訂及重列有限合夥協議。
根據協議,普通合夥人計劃從所有現有及潛在有限合夥人獲得認繳出資約3億美元。目前Giant Charm及Fortuna I SP擬分別認繳出資1.05億美元及8,000萬美元。普通合夥人擬認繳出資200萬美元。
