俄铝(00486.HK)建议分拆Norilsk Nickel之附属公司
俄铝(00486.HK)公布,建议分拆PJSC MMC NORILSK NICKEL的附属公司,公司指目前透过其全资附属公司Aktivium持有NORILSK NICKEL约27.8%股份,而Norilsk Nickel目前间接持有GRKB约50.01%股份。GRKB主要从事提取及浓缩金、铜及 铁矿石。
完成建议分拆後,预期Norilsk Nickel所有股东均可收取GRKB控股公司将於莫斯科证券交易所上市的股份。倘落实分拆,完成後预期Aktivium将持有分拆公司已发行股本约14%。
