佳兆业健康(00876.HK)就可换股债券事宜达和解 料录收益230万元
佳兆业健康(00876.HK)公布,就CondorTech发行之可换股债券,涉及目前尚未行使可换股债券及应计未付利息分别达500万欧元(相当於约4,705万港元)及25万欧元(相当於约235.25万港元的事宜,公司附属联逸、Scan4all、FW及CondorTech达成和解协议,以使CondorTech向联逸结算应付之未偿还付款。
於去年12月31日,可换股债券应收款项按公平值计量之账面值为1,884.2万元。考虑到可换股债券应收款项之账面值後,集团预期将录得盈利约230万元。
