佳兆業健康(00876.HK)就可換股債券事宜達和解 料錄收益230萬元
佳兆業健康(00876.HK)公布,就CondorTech發行之可換股債券,涉及目前尚未行使可換股債券及應計未付利息分別達500萬歐元(相當於約4,705萬港元)及25萬歐元(相當於約235.25萬港元的事宜,公司附屬聯逸、Scan4all、FW及CondorTech達成和解協議,以使CondorTech向聯逸結算應付之未償還付款。
於去年12月31日,可換股債券應收款項按公平值計量之賬面值為1,884.2萬元。考慮到可換股債券應收款項之賬面值後,集團預期將錄得盈利約230萬元。
