永恆策略(00764.HK):預計年度淨虧減少25%至35%
格隆匯 3 月 25日丨永恆策略(00764.HK)發佈公吿,預期截至2020年12月31日止年度公司擁有人應占虧損較上年度公司擁有人應占虧損2.0915億港元減少約25%至35%。
公吿表示,此減少主要由於(i)銷售金融資產的買賣收益增加;(ii)並無於去年就拆卸位於北京的兩棟別墅酒店作出一次性撇銷物業、廠房及設備;及(iii)按公平值計入損益表的金融資產公平值變動產生重大收益,而集團於去年則錄得虧損,其部分被(i)應收貸款的信貸虧損撥備增加;及(ii)應占聯營公司虧損增加所抵銷。
