发改委:引导外卖、网约车平台优化抽成佣金等费用 持续推动整治线上平台垄断

国家发改委等多部门印发《加快培育新型消费实施方案》提出,降低平台交易和支付成本。引导外卖、网约车、电子商务等网络平台合理优化中小企业商户和个人利用平台经营的抽成、 佣金等费用,用技术赋能促进平台内经营者降本增效。鼓励商业银行、非银行支付机构、清算机构等创新措施优化移动支付等相关收费,降低中小商户支付服务成本。

方案还提到,进一步规范线上经济秩序,持续推动整治线上平台垄断、不正当竞争、侵犯知识产权和假冒伪劣等违法违规行为。开展消费领域专项整治、大要案件统一部署查办,加大对虚假宣传、销售假冒伪劣商品等行为监管执法力度。探索建立质量分级制度,倡导优质优价,促进消费升级。(ta/u) ~
