創業集團控股(02221.HK)擬溢價2.5%配發2000萬股 籌資398萬港元
格隆匯3月24日丨創業集團控股(02221.HK)發佈公吿,於2021年3月24日,公司與認購人分別訂立3份認購協議,公司有條件同意配發合共2000萬股認購股份,相當於現有已發行股本約2.97%,以及經配發擴大後已發行股本約2.88%。認購價為每股認購股份0.20港元,較股份於認購協議日期收市價每股0.195港元溢價約2.5%。
認購事項所得款項淨額預計約為398萬港元,擬用作一般營運資金。
