格隆匯 3 月 24日丨小米集團-W(01810.HK)發佈公吿,劉德先生已獲委任為執行董事,自2021年3月24日起生效。劉先生將繼續擔任集團合夥人、高級副總裁及組織部部長職位。
此外,因家庭原因,周受資先生已辭任執行董事職務,自2021年3月24日起生效。同時周先生已請辭公司國際部總裁的職位,這一要求已被接受。周先生此前在公司內擔任的國際部總裁一職,由集團合夥人及高級副總裁盧偉冰先生接任,此外盧先生將繼續兼任中國區總裁及Redmi品牌總經理職位。
