九毛九(09922.HK)擬收購廣州南沙地塊用於投建九毛九全國供應鏈中心基地
格隆匯 3 月 22日丨九毛九(09922.HK)宣佈,公司間接全資附屬公司九毛九控股於2021年3月22日與廣州市規劃和自然資源局訂立土地使用權出讓合同及與廣州南沙經濟技術開發區商務局訂立項目投資協議。根據上述協議,公司將(其中包括)收購該土地的土地使用權,並於該土地上建設及建立一個多功能的九毛九全國供應鏈中心基地。該項目預期於三年內完成。根據項目投資協議,集團於該項目的投資總額不低於人民幣5億元。
據悉,該土地位於中國廣東省廣州市橫瀝工業園馮馬路北側,總佔地面積39,488平方米,土地使用權年期為20年,土地收購價為人民幣2291萬元
隨着集團繼續擴大其在中國的餐廳網絡,預計廣東省現有的中央廚房將在不久的將來達到其全部生產能力。為了更好地支持其餐廳網絡的擴張,集團計劃在廣州橫瀝工業園建立一個多功能的九毛九全國供應鏈中心,以利用該土地。集團旨在透過該項目進一步加強其供應鏈能力及提高其標準化的供應鏈管理以更好地利用規模經濟,有效降低成本並提高集團餐廳業務的盈利能力。九毛九全國供應鏈中心將為集團提供多種功能,包括運營一間新中央廚房、物流、倉儲、食品安全、質量控制、研發、員工培訓、展示區及採購。因此,董事會認為開發及建立九毛九全國供應鏈中心將為本集團目前及未來的業務運營奠定堅實的基礎,並有利於集團保持更好地控制本集團業務運作的關鍵方面,包括食品安全、質量控制及研發,以便更好地支持本集團對其餐廳網絡的擴張。
因此,董事會認為收購事項及投資事項符合集團的整體策略發展,並將有利於擴大集團的餐廳網絡及集團的長期業務發展。
