洛陽鉬業(03993.HK)2020年歸母淨利23.29億元 同比增加25.40%
格隆匯 3 月 22日丨洛陽鉬業(03993.HK)公佈，截至2020年12月31日止年度，實現營業收入約1129.81億元(人民幣，下同)，同比增長64.51%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤23.29億元，同比增加25.40%；基本每股收益0.11元，董事會建議向股東派發年度股息約人民幣7.11億元(含税)。
2020年度，公司克服疫情影響，各板塊生產運營保持穩定。剛果(金)銅、鈷產量分別為182,597噸和15,436噸；中國區實現鉬、鎢產量分別為13,780噸和8,680噸；巴西鈮、磷產量分別為9,300噸和109萬噸；澳洲NPM(80%權益)銅、金產量分別為26,997噸和20,897盎司。IXM實現礦物金屬實物貿易量(銷售量)274萬噸、精煉金屬實物貿易量(銷售量)260萬噸。
公司持續優化資產負債表，打造健康資產負債結構。報吿期末，公司依然保持穩健的資產負債結構。截至2020年末，貨幣資金餘額人民幣169億元，中國境內外逾60家銀行為公司授信逾1,100億元人民幣，大量的未使用授信及貨幣資金結存為公司提供了充足的流動性。
2020年，公司全球運營實現了零重大環境事件。2020年全年可記錄工傷事故率TRIR為1.25，優於ICMM公佈的全球礦業平均水平；連續三年保持MSCI可持續發展BBB評級，躋身全球礦業第一梯隊。
2020年，公司持續優化管理架構，並完成一系列重大人事調整，持續推進實施一系列降增效的大力改革舉措，與2019年相比，共削減現金成約人民幣29.3億元。
2020年，公司積極探索發展路，尋找機會完善全球資產配置，成功收購位於剛果(金)待開發的KFM銅鈷礦項目，在鞏固、擴大公司礦山資源儲備的同時，進一步鞏固公司在電池金屬和電動汽車領域的地位，使公司為全球能源行業的轉型做出貢獻。同期，公司創新經營模式，通過黃金流交易獲得5.5億美元，進一步增強公司資實力。
