天譽置業(00059.HK)公佈年度業績 純利增長20% 繼續保持無負債
格隆匯3月19日丨天譽置業(00059.HK)發佈公吿,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司收益77.02億元人民幣,同比增長16.9%;公司擁有人應占溢利9.51億元,同比增長20%;每股盈利人民幣0.122元,末期股息每股0.030港元。於2020年12月31日,集團並無其他重大或然負債(2019年:無)。
於2020年,集團錄得合同銷售額合共人民幣165億元(2019年:人民幣121億元),有關總建築面積為1,700,000平方米(2019年:1,200,000平方米),而整體除税前平均售價為每平方米人民幣9,500元(2019年:每平方米人民幣10,000元)。已訂合同總建築面積涵蓋24個發展中或已落成項目。除於本年度內交付及確認的合同銷售額外,該等合同銷售額將於稍後的2021年至2023年度交付所涉物業時確認為物業銷售額。
於2020年12月31日,公司的項目組合與潛在土地儲備的總建築面積為31,000,000平方米,主要位於粵港澳大灣區的廣州、深圳、中山、珠海、惠州,華南地區的南寧及桂林、華東地區的徐州及南昌,以及中國西南地區的重慶、昆明及貴州。土地儲備為公司提供了在可見將來實現可持續增長的強大實力。
公司表示,集團繼續緊貼國家房地產調控政策方向,繼續實施雙輪驅動發展策略,即城市更新+區域深耕,同時通過青創住宅產品主打剛需,並堅持住宅為主的產品結構,幫助政府解決年輕人住房及就業問題,努力打造青年美好生活運營商,繼續保持整體穩健發展節奏。
區域深耕方面,2020年集團在全國合計項目達到27個,集團將繼續增加粵港澳大灣區的投入,尤其是在新增項目方面,但堅持耐心謹慎挑選好項目,貫徹實現有質量的增長目標,不盲目追求規模。
